Method
How the timeline is built
The timeline counts in weeks that start on a Monday. The closing week is the first, second, third or fourth Monday of the chosen month. The phases follow one another with no overlap and their durations are inputs to replace with the timetable proposed by the lenders you approach.
Total duration
Total duration = sum of the durations of the seven phases, in weeks
Start
Start Monday = Monday of the closing week − (total duration − 1) weeks
Timeline headroom
Headroom = weeks between the current week and the start Monday
